Fathers Day eclairs.

I took the leftover filling from some cinnamon roll cupcakes, spread them on crescent roll dough, rolled them up, baked then smothered them in leftover cinnamon roll cream cheese frosting. Bliss

Cookie dough cupcakes with homemade mini chocolate chip cookies for a neighbor and pizza made on homemade garlic sourdough for me. Tasty day.

Starting today on a positive note. Instagram is the only social media I’m paying attention to right now but even IG has gotten a little inundated with bad news, which is to be expected. I don’t want to stay off of IG too but it may come to that. So I’d like to spread a little positivity this morning and hope you’ll do the same

Homemade tortillas

Just gonna throw this out there - I can’t find bread flour ANYWHERE I have plenty of all purpose which I can use but it’s not ideal for bread. Bread flour is higher in gluten and creates a better crumb. So, as you go wandering grocery stores or Smart and Final etc, if you see bread flour buy as much as they’ll let you !! I will obviously reimburse and give you a free loaf for your troubles! Consider it community service ! Thanks friends and other than that please STAY HOME!!
