Settled a violation of restraining order through pre-trial military diversion (recently enacted statute in 2015 for current military or vets suffering from service related trauma); proceedings suspended without conviction and the matter will be dismissed from his record after diversion time expires. He had some minimal history but the very reasonable supervising DA agreed he deserved this opportunity after his 13 years in and out of combat as an Army Ranger.
