Starting their days in a bright way

We just received our shipment of Star Trac exercise equipment. Our brand new machines will help make you a brand new athlete. Thanks to our regular customer Sony Ton for showing us his fitness.

The charcoal used in our sauna rooms have been chosen carefully and imported from Gangwon-do region in South Korea. Activated charcoal is used medicinally to treat overdoses and poisonings. In the sauna room, charcoal helps expel toxins out of your body while you sweat. Swimming is one of the best exercises for your body. We've seen our customers achieve their weight loss goals, relieve their arthritic and chronic pain, and even win some medals at competitive events. Classes are catered to all ages and skill level, offered hourly from 6:00 am until 12:00pm and 4:00pm until 9:00pm. Make swimming a family routine and come check out our classes!

Our treadmills are new and very durable for whatever running goals you may have. Not to mention, the TV and fan sure help the time go by faster on those long runs.
