Two big announcements: Our new Introduction to Regenerative Gardening Course is now available for pre-sale (and launching on May 19th!) AND there will be another LIVE cohort of our Soil Advocacy Training starting on June 2nd. First, we have our Introduction to Regenerative Gardening Course taught by Tashanda Giles-Jones, an environmental educator in Los Angeles. In this course, take part in a beginner’s gardening journey to learn the basic skills, tools, practices, and knowle...dge required to grow in any space, container, or climate. The practice of gardening is a story of human ingenuity and connection to the land. The cultural techniques passed down from generation to generation can be witnessed in seed swaps, seed saving, and the sharing of triumphant successes and dismal failures associated with growing food or flowers. The pre-sale is now live and the course will launch on May 19th. All levels are welcome. Second, we just opened up sales for our next LIVE cohort edition of our Soil Advocate Training, coming this June! This will be a structured 9-week class period with other students and the teachers of the course. The course is always offered as a ‘go at your own pace’ option, but if you would like to join a group of advocates growing and learning together for nine weeks, this is a great opportunity! No prior experience required. :seedling: For details on how to enroll in both courses, click this link: https://kisstheground.com/stewardship/ or visit our course store at https://kisstheground.mykajabi.com/store. For questions, please drop them in the comments!

Soil regeneration is possible because people are willing to put in the work. One of the most common questions we get is: Where do I begin? This is why we, in collaboration with other organizations and individuals, developed the KTG Farmer’s Resource Guide! This free resource offers a plethora of information to support you in your transition towards a form of agriculture that regenerates land, people, and the planet. This guide offers resources resources by region, training & ...education programs, farm financing & planning, equipment & technology, food & farm policy, and so much more! You can find our Farmer's Resource Guide here: http://bit.ly/FarmerResourceGuide Along with this guide, we invite you to join our Mighty Networks community page. This community is filled with passionate advocates as well as farmers and rancher who are asking the same questions that you are! You can join our farmland community to engage with other people on their journey towards a happy and healthy planet. "Every time you see bare farm soil, every time you see a farm with no animals or trees, every time you see a monoculture of corn or beans or wheat as far as the eye can see, every time you see soil being plowed up and turned over, every time you see biocides being sprayed or injected, every time you see synthetic fertilizer being applied, you are watching the degradation of society’s most consequential resource, imperiling the very civilization it once fostered. No civilization has survived the destruction of its soils. We will prove no exception." - Resilience

Hi friends. We wanted to take a moment to welcome everyone new here ready to explore your path and acknowledge our long-time community ready to take new leaps into this planetary movement. We are so thankful to the film for supporting our mission to awaken people to possibility, which brought many of you here as well as birthed many new friendships, collaborations, lessons, perspectives, and a new belief that there is so much more possibility in this movement than we ever ima...gined. Here are some things coming your way: As of today, Kiss the Ground Movie is now available on @vimeo for $1 via link in bio or at kissthegroundmovie.com We are currently working with the film team from Big Picture Ranch to finalize a shorter farmer cut as well as an educational film cut which will be distributed for free to over 100K schools in 44 countries. We are creating discussion guides to facilitate conversations around the film in classrooms, living rooms, and dinner tables with the intention of honoring the lineage of this movement and support everyone to find their own paths in regenerating our planet through a diverse library of resources. We continue to welcome new people every day to the newly launched Soil Advocate Training and new Kiss the Ground Online Community. New courses are being developed and resources are being added to our Find Your Path tool to support your individual journey. We look forward to continuing to come together in this movement to regenerate, restore, and honor every being who has come before, is here now, and is yet to come. Onward with love, Team KTG See more

These farms produce about 80 percent of the food consumed in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa." - Alberta Guerra and Tristan Quinn-Thibodeau in Regeneration International
