Although located outside of our region, good to see DWR Prop 1 DACI Program funds play a part in moving this project forward. The Kings Basin Water Authority and our neighboring #IRWMs in the Tulare-Kern Funding Area have many projects of this kind, but lack the funding needed to implement.
