Khashayar Law Group is proud to welcome our new associate, Ms. Angela Ness. Ms. Ness has been an associate of our sister firm, LOKK LEGAL, for over 6 years, and will continue her role in addition to taking on her new role at Khashayar Law Group. Her experience at LOKK LEGAL has been centered on the San Diego business and San Diego Real Estate transactions. Ms. Ness advises business owners and investors on a wide array of issues such as entity selection and formation, corpo...rate governance, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, industry compliance, financing, and overall business strategy. Prior to joining LOKK LEGAL, Ms. Ness was a civil litigator in San Diego. Her litigation experience provides her unique insight into how to prevent business owners from ending up in a costly legal dispute down the road and how to preserve and protect one’s rights through precise contract drafting. She is committed to establishing a solid legal framework for her clients’ Businesses Of San Diego so they can focus on the growth of their companies. Angela is originally from the Midwest and earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she was President of the Business Law Society and achieved honors in the areas of business law and copyright law. We are proud to have Ms. Ness in our growing number of professional attorneys at both of our firms.
