Taking care of one of our biggest clients tonight! Rosewood!! I just wonder if I’m ironically taking care of one of the rooms here that Deanna is gonna put me in when I get old and crazy!! Lol! Also I can handle these hall ways!! I feel like twin little girls will pop up and sing monotone lullabies at me !! Ok Rosewood you are ready for two new guests! Two rooms down! Got to come in and help with this new floor and tile. This home is here in Bakersfield and is one of the oldest. It was built in 1895 and currently being brought back to life. I am posting this here on This page but the work has been done and still being worked on by Haversack tile. I can not wait to finish this all up ! A lot of work on this old grout!! But totally worth it!! Had the pleasure of bring this old tile and grout back to life!! Installed in the early 60’s it was missing ground and horribly discolored. Did a chemical rinse and stripped it and power scrub ,I filled in grout and color sealed the old and new grout to all one color. Lot of work but worth it!

I’m so happy to have such a great client as Rosewood! We have done a lot for them as far as far a tile and grout cleaning with apartments and facilities, they keep calling us back and we are very fortunate and thankful for that! They have great employees and management, also getting to know some of the elderly who live there is really fun we always have a good time and great conversations!

Got called in to restore 30 year old grout and tile! Beautiful floral tile you don’t see every day. Here are some before and after pics, plus some pics of how clean we think our showers are until I come in to do a pre soak with solvent lol! The lil ole lady and man who hired us to come in are some of the nicest people I have met ever!! We did the whole house, anything that had tile, bathrooms, entry way, kitchen and showers clean and seal grout and tile. Grout is originally pink if you can image! Looks like it was brown haha!

It’s always nice to restore the old homes in my home town of Bakersfield !! This home was built in 1929 , this used to be an open part of the home, kind of like a porch but then was enclosed to become a room. We had the honor of striping the floor , cleaning it and bringing it back to life! This tile is super old and even tho it’s not perfect, the home owner doesn’t want to replace it because of its history. Hand waxed and hand polished so no detail was missed it has a richer darker look when all was done and super glossy.

Getting some great opportunities to show everyone what we do! After being one of many companies to come and show what we offer against the rest, we came out on top! First working on a sample spot for the customer . This is outside slate with year of being weathered and unprotected , we brought both the grout and slate back to life and sealed it. Great job team we beat out the competition and landed the job. Taking care of 7 oaks one house at a time!
