One year of hard work and I finally feel strong, capable and empowered! Posting the picture on the left brings back a lot emotions I was feeling at that moment - I didn’t feel like MYSELF. I was trying to adjust to a beautiful new chapter in my life, but also an INCREDIBLY challenging one. I remember getting the OK to slowly start working out. I remember feeling so lost just after some basic exercises, everything felt so difficult. As difficult as it was to accept, I knew ...this was my starting point and I was ONLY going to get stronger moving forward. I want to share this with you because I know a lot of you can relate to the feeling of beginning again. Whether you are postpartum like me, coming off an injury, or simply just starting... YOU CAN DO IT! It won’t be easy, not at all but it will be worth it! It will take hard work, dedication and consistency.
