The question I get asked the most with vivid hair color is How long does the color last? And my answer always is... depends on how well you take care of it! . The first two weeks of my fabulous hair color I washed my hair about 1 to 2 times each week with lukewarm water(I can’t handle it super cold ) using Seven’s Rinzu shampoo and conditioner for color. See how vibrant my hair still is a few weeks after? The next two weeks I washed 2 to 3 times per week but this time w...ith warmer water. Still not super hot but definitely not cold either. As you can see much more fading is happening here. And lastly with the final image! These photos were taken two days apart. I washed my hair with, you guessed it, hot water! See how much fading happened with just one wash with hot water? Proper shampoo and conditioner and even styling products are also vital for preserving your beautiful color.
