Huuuuge (but necessary) bummer! It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that @katdawbrows will be closed until March 31st. On Thursday March 19th, CA State Governor Newsom announced that all non-essential services are under mandatory shutdown as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. While I hope to resume operations on April 1st, there is a possibility that the shutdown will be extended. I will continue to monitor COVID-19 developments and notify clients immediately i...f their appointment is impacted. In the meantime, please find below answers to how this will affect your upcoming appointment. . . . What will happen to my current appointment? All appointments booked between 3/19 3/31 will be cancelled. You will receive an automated cancellation email from our booking system shortly after this post if you haven’t already. . . . How do I book a new appointment? Because the shutdown could be extended, Katherine Daw Microblading will not be rescheduling appointments until we receive confirmation from the State of CA that we are permitted to reopen. If the shutdown is not extended, you will receive a message on March 31st that contains a direct booking link for your service. Clicking this link will allow you to choose a new appointment day & time. . . . Will my deposit be refunded? Deposits will not be refunded, but they will be transferred to your new appointment! You will not be required to pay a second deposit when rebooking. . . . Can I get in ASAP? I have closed my booking system to ALL OTHER clients. This means those of you impacted by the COVID-19 closure will have first pick of what is available. I will only reopen my books to the public once we get your new appointment confirmed! . .
