Let’s talk BOOTY BULKING These elevated goblet squats target that sweet peach and focus on the quads and glutes. The kettle bell keeps you at an upright position allowing you to use the correct muscles to target those glutes. People often find the goblet squat to be more comfortable than the traditional squat because the positioning allows you to keep your knees out and torso upright. Bonus- Adding a mini resistance band just below your knees will give you a mini cue to keep your knees pointing!
