GOOD THINGS COME Val & Silvia are so sweet This market certainly can test patience as a buyer (since there are so few listings) especially if you’re on a time crunch...and they were (we had 45 days). The clock was ticking, they came up multiple times over the holidays and we looked at the best homes that were available. But those just didn’t feel right.
