Hi everyone!! We've been receiving messages and phone calls, asking when we are returning. We appreciate you reaching out and wanting to dance and/or tumble, but we want to make sure we are providing a safe environment for our students and our instructors. We WILL be starting adult classes (18 and up) and programs this May!! As for our regular after-school program, we are waiting to see what Corona decides to do next. We got our vaccine and we hope you're doing the same. Stay safe and stay tuned!!

DANCE is our love. It's not a fitness program, it's a physical art. How do you get a physique like this? You train as a dancer in a studio. No equipment, just you and your body. In our adult training, we take dance and gymnastics conditioning and help you get to a healthier you! Summer Workouts start in July!!
