When you purchase a vehicle, the manufacturer warranty ensures that your vehicle will be reliable. What is a breach of contract? A breach of contract arises when one party to the contract fails to perform its specified duty under the terms of the contract. A breach can be a violation of any of the terms, conditions or requirements of the contract, given there is no valid excuse for the violation.
