I loved seeing the latest Star Wars movie with my family this weekend. It is such a fun tradition for our family of Star Wars fans!

Our family enjoyed being together on the July 4th weekend! Our granddaughter, Brittany Marie Harrison, was able to attend a parade for the first time in ten years! We were so blessed to be with her and to share in her happiness.

SOUTH PLACER PROFESSIONAL ROUNDTABLE, January 2020 Roger enjoyed chairing and conducting his 101st session of the Quarterly South Placer Professional Roundtable. For the past 25 years he has witnessed great generosity and concern for the community by the host of the Roundtable, Sutter Roseville Medical Center Foundation. Last week's session was sponsored by American River Bank. Matt Laufman, Sr. VP Philanthropic Strategist, Bank of America was the January 15, 2020 speaker.

It's been another busy week! The following event was certainly a highlight of mine: The 99th session of the South Placer Professional Roundtable, "Charitable Instruments for Planned Giving" was held Wednesday morning, July 16, 2019. Sutter Hosts Roundtable Program on Charitable Giving Opportunities On January 16, 2019, John Rogers Burk began the 25th year of chairing and conducting the South Placer Professional Roundtable hosted by Sutter Roseville Medical Center Foundation and Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital Foundation. The program on Charitable Giving Opportunities was presented by Guy Gibson and Jessica Hubbard. There was an emphasis on Donor Advised Funds, as made available through the Placer Communit...y Foundation.
