Santa Clara County Real Estate Market Begins to Bounce Back - Slowly Market activity begins to tick up after severe shelter-in-place plunge. Median house sales prices are up. Interest rates hit new low. May 2020 Crisis Update... ------------ Shelter-in-place caused steep drops in activity across the board in what is typically the busiest selling season of the year. However, though still far below normal levels, activity has been slowly picking up since bottoming out in late March/early April, and will presumably continue to do so with the easing of both shelter-in-place and property-showing rules. Completed Chicago Marathon on Oct 13, 2019. (my 8th full Marathon). I have been debating for long before making the decision to go this time since I Just recov...ered from my stress fracture at the end of September. Thanks to God that I was provided with an opportunity to run as one of the guides for the blind runner from China. It was one of the most valuable experience for me to pace Mr. Liu from Beijing throughout the 26.2 miles. We held hands with the blind runner at the finish line and completed the marathon together with the result of 4:12:02. See more
