March 2019 vs Current. Another reason why the scale can be irrelevant in tracking progress. I am about 115 lbs in both pictures. I spent the majority of last year building back the muscle I had lost while I was pregnant. I was actually pretty shocked when I put these side by side. Hard work and consistency pays off!

114.5 lbs. It’s been 4 years since I’ve done any sort of prep for a specific event or competition. It was nice to see I still have it in me, but this might be my last one for awhile.

Was able to get away for a little bit over the weekend to enjoy the heat somewhere other than at home.
