Bella Approved It was so exciting to welcome these awesome first time homebuyers to their new house this week!! We were able to get them an acceptance on the first house they offered on! It pays off to keep looking during the holidays I can’t wait to see how the style it out, and I know they’re going to LOVE their new kitchen!

Goodbye Contour Dr It’s funny how everything always works out in the end. We had a ton of interest as soon as we hit the market and received multiple offers. After being tied up with the wrong buyer (it happens), we were able to move on from them, come back on the market, and get an even higher price for the Seller! In the end, an incredible couple who is looking to move in and slowly flip it ended up with the house. At the final walk through they told us that they were so devastated when they didn’t get it the first time that they weren’t going to let it get away when it came back around. At the end of 2020 we put my client’s long time Sherman Oaks home in escrow and last week we got an acceptance on her new home. It’s close to her daughter, has tons of room for her family and has that pool she’s been dreaming of!
