Job Summary We are seeking an experienced digital cutting table operator (Zund, Kongsberg or Gerber) in our Large Format department. The operator will be responsible for the day to day production of cutting and maintenance of the Zund cutting table. Job Responsibilities... - Read and understand job tickets and apply the information to ensure material is produced according to specifications - Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production - Monitor machine efficiency and speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards and to make appropriate adjustments accordingly. - Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures and accountable for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area - Perform other duties as assigned Key Skills - Ability to set up and operate a digital cutting table such as the Zund, Kongsberg or Gerber - Working knowledge of digital, offset, and large format printing processes - A strong attention to detail and focus on quality - Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision - Able to multitask well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time - Hard-working, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Mechanically inclined and production oriented - Ability to communicate effectively with other employees in the organization - Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products - Must be able to read a tape measure and basic computer skills - Able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds - Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed Experience - Minimum of 1-2 years of digital cutting or printing industry experience - High School Diploma

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced roll to roll print operator in our large format printing department. The operator will be responsible for the day to day print production and maintenance of the printers. The position requires a person who is very organized and great in prioritizing, organizing and planning in order to see each job through completion and be able to meet given deadlines. Job Responsibilities... - Read and understand job tickets to ensure production is produced according to specification - Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high quality of production - Monitor printer efficiencies & speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards & make appropriate adjustments - Assist in workflow and process improvement planning - Must have the ability to maintain organization with multiple projects, prioritize workflow, adhere to timelines, and meet deadlines - Observe machines in operation and make adjustments as needed - Identify workable production solutions when troubleshooting - Ensure deadlines are maintained and company objectives are met - Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed - Must be prompt, courteous, professional and take pride in work - Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures - Responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area - Perform other duties as assigned Key Skills - Ability to set up and operate various roll to roll printers such as UV, Latex, Dye-sublimation - Working knowledge of Colorgate Rip Software - Knowledge on large format printers (roll and flatbed printers), roll laminators and two axis digital cutters - A strong attention to detail along with a sharp focus on quality - Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision - Able to multitask well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time - Hardworking, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization - Ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products - Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed - Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Experience - Minimum of two years of digital printing industry experience - High School Diploma
