Sometimes you just need a little help from your dad

Happy Monday! Did you enjoy the rainy weekend? I LOVE the rain! We stayed in and stayed cozy. Lit a fire, read my book, made some yummy bread and watched lots of Netflix. The perfect weekend if you ask me

In the past few months I have had the chance to photograph so many "older" babies and I LOVE it! We typically say a newborn session is best when the baby is less than two weeks old - and that is true if you want the sleepy posed shots. But I have felt my style evolving to more natural, baby-led posing. With older babies we capture smiles, their sweet personality, bright eyes and interaction with mom and dad. This little beauty was eight weeks old when she came to see me and we got the most beautiful images.
