Happy Holidays to my Midtown Dental Family! My kids are growing up faster than I’d like!

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT: last week, my assistant Bre and I went to an intensive IV Sedation course where we spent over 80 hours learning pharmacology, venipuncture, and sedating patients to be able to provide even more comfortable dentistry. Neither of us ever missed a vein and we are incredibly proud to start the permitting process to provide this service to our patients. I want to especially thank Bre for being so passionate about learning, patient care, and of course, being my first guinea pig! We can’t wait to provide this service to our patients.

Our FINAL hygiene month weekly tip comes from our hygienist Fern. Did you know that the number one cause of sensitive gums is plaque induced inflammation? Her tip is to use an electronic toothbrush! They are a great tool to help improve the sensitivity!
