Tip Tuesday! Things your mom didn’t teach you on bras! -Hook the bra (twist it around or reach around) Make sure it’s nice and low in the back -Put your arms in the straps -Bend forward and bring all the breast tissue(reach as far back as you can) and pull everything forward... -Settle into the cup by shaking the center. -If it’s an underwire make sure the wire is against your body if it’s a non wire that the band is flat on your body If you have any questions or want to schedule a one on one let me know! , Jennifer See more

2 things you most likely didn’t know about how beautiful should fit! #1 the band of your bra should be even all the way around your body. If it’s hiking up in the back it’s too big! #2 the underwire should lay completely flat on your body, under your breast and under your arm. One year ago today, my Great Aunt Jean took the stairway to heaven. Slept in this morning, got the kids loaded up and took an adventure to @downtown_redlands to see this umbrella art display! Shortly after we got there my daughter who is 7, looked at me and said thank you mom for taking me and brother to see this. Can we do things like this more often? I need to learn to slow down time and just take it in. Happy hump day! With the craziness of this year the LAST thing you need to be worrying about is your bra!! If it bugs you your most likely wearing the wrong size AND style for your body! - - - 2 things to look for in a good bra: #1 your band should be even all the way around your body. Not hiking up(means it’s too big) or digging into your skin(means it’s too small) ... #2 your ENTIRE breast should be inside the cup. If it’s spilling out under your arms or in the front it’s tooooooo small.
