Last night: special order 18" chicken + chorizo paella with fresh corn, red peppers, bunch of herbs, garlic aioli + lemon. We do have several paella pan sizes that could feed 2-12ppl. Just give a 24 hour notice. Available for pick up on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays from 4pm-8pm. We do make exceptions on the weekends (Friday + Saturday) by having the pick up time between 4pm -4:45pm.

A couple of months ago chef Josh wanted to create a chicken entree that is classic but innovative, flavorful and delicious. So he came up with this: chicken torchon for two deboned whole mary’s chicken, soubise (sauteed + pureed onions) sauce, ravigote (shallot, capers, tarragon and vinegar sauce) , ... chicken jus + shaved fennel salad It's becoming so popular that we can't/won't take of the menu...At least for a while.
