As we celebrate the holidays, we also reflect on a year of challenges. With these challenges in mind, words cannot express how thankful we are for everyone that has helped us take them on. From our teachers that figured out how to teach dance online, to then adapt to teaching outdoors. And to the families that have been able to stay with us through it all. Thank you, a million times over, thank you. All of us at Jeanne Robinson Dance Arts wish you and your loved ones a merry... Christmas . .. #christmas #christmas2020 #jrda #jeannerobinsondancearts #aroundsalinas See more

Due to rising Covid-19 statistics, Governor Newsom has ordered the indoor operations of certain businesses, including fitness centers (which is the business sector we fall in). While we are disappointed, we understand the need for this. Please continue to wear your face coverings, washing your hands, and staying distant. We hope to see everyone again soon!

Hello Dance Arts Family, I know how stressful the past couple of months have been for everyone and I want to thank all of you for your patience. We’ve had to adapt to a new way of teaching our classes during the Shelter-In-Place order, and now are currently working on a plan for what classes look like when we can open our doors. As we continue to do this I wanted to update everyone with what the current status of Dance Arts is in regards to reopening. I know many of you have ...wondered if we are able to reopen now that some gyms and fitness centers will be allowed to open. While there are reopening guidelines that have been created for gyms and fitness centers, there is nothing that directly mentions dance studios. To find out what guidelines we should be following for dance studios specifically, we went directly to the source and contacted both the county and state health departments to see where dance studios fit into all of this. They were also unsure as to what dance studios should be classified with as far as reopening and are looking into that information for us. The state official we spoke with said for us to continue with what we are currently doing and to keep checking back with them for information. Like all of you, we hope that this information is cleared up soon so that we can announce an official date to reopen. I hope to see everyone in person very soon! -Miss Jeanne
