Armenians are NOT occupiers, we never have been. We are indigenous to these lands. This is a good source for anyone who argues about the UN Resolutions. Repost from amplifyarmenia

Such a therapeutic beautiful scene Life can be cruel and difficult, and at times overwhelming. Its important to take some time out for self care, to be able to stand strong, and continue going forward. There are many different ways a person can heal their mind and soul. Watch this short scene, engulf yourself in the beauty of this scene. https://youtu.be/Ocb017wTeFY

Are you ready for a telehealth session? I’m also still seeing clients face to face!

My door was open and my dog was barking from inside and an older adult neighbor passed by and said to my dog in Armenian tu al minag es? Meaning are you alone too? Her daughter was picking her up. I work with many older adults and I can say that being alone, feelings of isolation, and loneliness is a common problem older adults complain about. A few suggestions to have your older adults feel less lonely. Have them attend an Adult Health Care program or a senior center in ...the community. If they live in a senior community or building, encourage them to attend the events and activities organized for them. Have them be around family and loved ones more, don’t just visit them at their home, take them with you to your home. Encourage them to reach out to friends and teach them how to use facetime. Call more often, visit more often, and help them find an activity they enjoy and are able to participate in to stay busy. #olderadults #loneliness #isolation See more
