The beer originally started out resembling a "Steam Beer" style beer, but we've slowly been dropping the fermentation temperature to the point where it’s really just a lager beer, and too smooth, in our opinion, to fit that category. The color looks like a Vienna style lager, but the amount and type of hops, and the grain bill are quite di...fferent. We use Magnum and Cascade hops in this beer, and they blend well with the American and German malts we use. The beer features strong hop character, along with smooth malt, caramel, and toffee flavors. 5% Urban Roots, Comfort Hamster. This is an Unfiltered Rustic Pilsner featuring Ariana and Calista hops. Happy Thursday! We just received 4 different IPAs from Brooklyn's Grimm Artisanal Ales, our biggest drop yet! These have gone very quickly in the past, so don't sleep on these! Magnetic Compass. Magnetic Compass prominently features NZ Rakau hops, bringing a unique mix of candied orchard fruit, stone fruit, and tropical aromas with some light dank elements. Background notes of Citra, Mosaic, and Columbus. Very hazy and juicy. 6.4% Crystal Vibration. At 7%, this Idaho 7 IPA pa...cks immense strawberry and peach aroma with pink grapefruit, gummy peach rings, and tangerines on the palate. Oats lend a smooth fluffiness to the body and create the base for the gargantuan hop load! Maximum Bliss. This is a smooth and zesty IPA hopped with Amarillo & Motueka.
