On April 23, 2020, a judge from the Santa Clara County Superior, signed an order stating, among other things, that all traffic matters are temporary suspended. - All traffic cases scheduled between March 17, 2020 and May 1, 2020 will be extended to July 6, 2020. - All traffic payments due between March 17, 2020 and May 1, 2020 will be extended to July 6, 2020.
The courts are still open during shelter in place order. If you have been arrested during the shelter in place order, a court hearing will still be held.
