Getting to know Lynnette Mazzela Paralegal Lynnette has more than 22 years of experience in civil litigation and has been the paralegal for the Law Office of Timothy W. Mazzela since 2002. She has certificates as a Paralegal Legal Assistant and Court Reporting Before working for Timothy W. Mazzela, Lynnette worked as a legal secretary at the law firm of McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth, where she worked in the areas of civil litigation insurance defense and e...mployment law. This experience and education make Lynnette an enormous asset to Mr. Mazzela’s law practice. She assists her husband, Tim, with answering discovery and providing clients with an understanding of the litigation process. Clients feel very much at ease and genuinely appreciate the ability to meet with their lawyer or staff when they have questions about their case or feel nervous during the litigation phase of their case. It is highly unusual to retain a local attorney with an office staff that will actually meet with a client to go over discovery, prepare for depositions, engage in mediation, and, if necessary, try a client’s case. Lynnette is a native of Fresno, California, and enjoys boating with family and friends, camping, and traveling.
