Getting ready for class, feeling grateful for zoom right about now

I have always loved how pictures instantly and vividly bring you back to a memory. I can feel the salt in the air again, and the warmth of wind and sun. I can feel the joy this practice brought me while I admired the views One love . Yoga brings me back to all that is one within myself.

Some days practice will be easy, other days it can feel like it’s hard just to get up. Yoga has taught me that dedication and showing up on the mat is a victory. Practice has no destination. Just arrive and witness the sacred union with yourself.
