Good morning, everyone! We’ve been having intermittent issues with our phones due to a Comcast outage in our area. We do not have a timeframe on when these issues will be resolved, but have been assured that there is a technician on site. If you arrive for your pet’s appointment or prescription pick-up and cannot get through to us, come to our front door with a face mask and our receptionists will assist you promptly.

PLEASE READ: There is a Comcast outage in our area, and our phones and internet are down as a result. Our Comcast support representative told us that our services are expected to be restored around 10:00 am today. If your pet has an appointment or a prescription that needs to be picked up, please come to the front door and bring your face masks. Our receptionists will assist you inside.

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties as a result of the downed power line at the Ridge Rd/Highway 49 intersection. Our power has come back on, but we are still without phones and Internet. Our provider expects services to be restored at approximately 2:35 this afternoon. To all of our wonderful clients: we wanted to take a moment to express how much we truly appreciate being able to care for you and your fur babies during this difficult time, and would like to ask for your support and understanding. The COVID-19 pandemic has put us roughly 4-6 weeks behind on our routine appointments, and we are experiencing a higher volume of sick, injured, or otherwise emergent cases in addition to our wellness visits. This means that we are booking appoint...ments further in advance and experiencing longer wait times than what our clients have come to expect from us. This weighs very heavily on our doctors and staff, and we are working tirelessly to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality care to each patient that comes through our doors. We ask that our clients please remember to treat our team with compassion, respect, and understanding as we work through this difficult time. To plan and prepare for your pet's needs, please anticipate the following: We are booked approximately 4 weeks out on regular doctor's appointments and assistant appointments. Please schedule rechecks and vaccine boosters when checking out from your pet's appointment. We have implemented a phone tree to help direct our many phone calls so that we may assist you more efficiently. Please listen carefully to our options menu, and leave clear voicemails if we are unable to answer your call. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. We're always happy to help!
