JAC has been selected by Samsung Research and Development to provide Architectural and Project Management services. Samsung Research and Development laboratory focusing on development new audio loudspeakers. Samsung is building a world-class audio lab, a place where the world’s leading audio engineers and researchers will design ground breaking products. JAC will provide on-call design and management services for various projects within their Valencia 15,000 SF laboratory.

JAC is very excited to have been selected by L’Oreal, to provide both Architectural and Project Management services for their new call center. L'Oréal is a French personal care company headquartered in the city of Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine with a registered office in Paris, France. It is the world's largest cosmetics company with its focus on hair color, skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, and hair care. This project is an 11,000 SF partial floor interior tenant improvement and space development project for a new regional call-center located in Santa Clarita, California.

JAC is pleased to have been chosen for Project Management services as Tenant Representative for California Resources Corporation. California Resources Corporation is a publicly traded oil and natural gas exploration and production company and the largest oil and natural gas producer in California. CRC’s workforce of approximately 4,000 employees and contractors focuses on safely and responsibly supplying affordable energy for California by Californians. This new project will provide 125,000 SF full floor tenant improvement on multiple floors for their relocated Reginal Corporate Office in Santa Clarita, CA. The completed facility will support three California production fields from Northern to Southern California.
