2019 was a great year for us. Finished a lot of architecture and construction projects. The final cherry on top was helping a friend finish their dream kitchen before Christmas. With only three weeks, everything had to be perfect. Friend was super easy to work with and everything came out great. Thank you to everyone that hired us for your service. Converted a 3bd/1.5ba to a 4bd/2.5ba with a master suite in Covina, Charter Oaks area . Here are the before and after photos. Quite a simple over the counter permitting process.

Project submitted to Montebello Building department. In and out in under 10 minutes, talk about efficiency. Then I asked for turn around time, they told me 1-2 weeks. Prior to that, we got over the counter approval from planning. Looking forward to more projects in this city!

Framing and roofing is complete! I think the roof we picked out is quite nice. Living room has a nice open area, which means big beams!
