So excited to announce we are expanding our horizons. Drumroll please.... we will now be a vendor at the Santa Monica farmer’s market on Saturdays starting tomorrow! The start of the 2018 tree fruit season! We will have Armenian / Persian plums at both Burbank and Studio City markets this weekend.

Some exciting things are happening on the farm!!! We still have another month or so of citrus and apples, but all the wonderful summer fruits are on their way. We have done a lot of grafting and new plantings this winter, adding additional "old world classic" grape varieties like Black Corinth, Manuca and Thomcords. New stone fruit varieties, with our only focus being flavor, have been planted and well as planting more cherry trees in rows that have gaps. Also, we have begun ...our summer vegetable planting through seed saving and 100% organic seeds. The winter rains have brought welcome drought relief for growers here in Central CA, but we are in one of the best growing regions in the entire Valley for soil richness and water table. We are still only 75 feet down to ground water, and the canal adjacent to the farm is filled with fresh Yosemite run off. What a winter!!! Organic manure has been spread to naturally boost soil levels, and Alan even got a new tractor with an enclosed cab, air conditioning and Giants games on the radio, so he doesn't complain about field work as much anymore :). We look forward to another fruitful summer and can't wait to share these treats with our farmers market family.

A crowd favorite is back.

Fresh stuffed grape leaves, hand picked from organic grape vines that will be producing delicious grapes in less than 2 months! Talk about using every part of the farm :)

Tree to glass. We love using the most natural and high quality products for our beer. We believe that a beer can only be as good as its ingredients. Seems simpl...e? Sometimes this means waiting on the ingredients we love and spending more on the grains we know are high quality. Our #SpringWheat is infused with #organic blood oranges from Island Farms.
