The Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced the 2015 Conforming Loan Limits, most of the U.S. remains unchanged and remains at $417,000.00, while 46 counties have had their loan limits increased. San Diego in amongst them! Loan limits will increase to $562,350

Effective for FHA loans for which the case number is assigned on or after April 5, 2010, FHA will collect an upfront mortgage insurance premium of 2.25 percent instead of the current rate of 1.75 percent.
