Happy Saturday! A reminder that the gym will be closed for Labor Day this Monday, September 7th. Have a nice long weekend everyone.

We’ve been working in silence for you during this quarantine. Now is time to come back and open our doors again! Intensity MMA & Fitness is opening this Monday, 06/29/2020. We are sorry for the delay, we wanted to get everything set up, but now we are ready and excited to watch our team pumping those bags again. We will see you next week and thanks for your patience.

To all members, There have been questions whether if the gym will still open or not during this corona virus outbreak. In response to this, the gym will still be open until we get a notification by the city of San Diego to close down. However, there are some protocols that everyone needs to follow since now, members should not come to our classes if they feel sick and every member has to wash their hands with soap after every class taken. Please note that the gym won’t provide any gear so make sure to bring your own clean gear. Greetings,
