Wrapped up this Los Feliz art studio project today. These gorgeous @arcadia_custom mirror image bifold door systems accented by a pair of one lite swing doors. We removed 2 walls to completely transform this space, incorporating a massive skylight system to provide plenty of natural light throughout the space. Great collaboration on design with the contractor and client. Our crew had a very productive day glazing all of these @styline.us Series 2500 Thinline minimal frame sliding doors and fixed windows on our Via De Las Olas project. We can’t say enough good things about their U.S. made product AND the people in the office, in the factory and the field! We are really excited about the way this modern restoration job is coming along. Built in 1951, this #kennethlind designed home had all the right mid century modern touches to warrant a reimagined remodel project including all new finishes, a new second master suite level, and tons of new insulated glazing.
