It Didn't Stand a Chance There's going to be that moment (or moments) when It hits. Maybe It was a long time coming. Maybe It hit unexpectedly. But It hit. And ...It hit hard. It hit so hard It knocked the Peace right out of You. It shook your Faith into fear. It left You feeling weak, vulnerable, unprotected and even under attack. Perhaps It shook your Dreams into nightmares. Maybe It transformed your Hope and Joy into desperation and grief. It has been known to steal your Confidence leaving only self doubt. All that You thought You knew, It shattered in one fell swoop leaving You in disbelief and questioning everything. It is notorious for making You feel numb, discombobulated, shocked, angry, sad, depressed, destitute. But It is also known as That Thing Which Made You Stronger because You refused to allow It to kill You or change your Core Essence. It comes in various degrees, shapes, sizes and situations. It may at first seem certain to conquer You, but in reality, It is no match for YOU. Because even tho It may have taken You off of your A-Game momentarily, You refused to let It take You out completely. YOU are a Fighter, a Survivor, a Spiritual Warrior. It wants You to believe your life has been ruined beyond repair but You know better. You know how to pick yourself up. Again. And again. And if You don't know, You find out. It wants You to believe You are all alone. But You know your Divine Team is on your side. And You know to ask for help - and receive it - when needed. You also know There Is Life beyond It. And in the end It never stood a chance. Because You are YOU... Magnificent, Brilliant, Creative, Talented, Awesome, Brave, Persistent, Glorious You And You are way beyond It. ~ JMP

Howdy Folks, I’m sorry to announce the February 23rd Spiritual Circle is being CANCELLED. Both Gary and I have come down with some sort of illness. Gary has ...a sinus infection and I think I have strep throat. While we could both easily push through the discomfort, we do not wish to infect anyone else or get anyone else sick. Our Spiritual Circles have the intention of providing a safe, nurturing space where healing can take place and to risk getting anyone sick goes against what the gatherings are about. Thank you for understanding. Rest assured we will meet again on March 22nd and will simply carry forward the menu and theme of How I Deserve to Be Loved. In the meantime, if you have a prayer request, feel free to email me and I will be happy to pray for your request. Blessings to all and wishing everyone good health and well-being. With Love & Gratitude, Jeanette & Gary * * * * * * * * * Hey Y’all! You are cordially invited to our Spiritual Circle this Sunday, February 23rd, 2020, starting around 3pm. We plan to serve homemade (vegetarian) Pasta and Meatless Ball Soup, bread, salad and a light desert. We will also do a small chocolate tasting. If you have severe food allergies, please let me know in advance so I can do my best to accommodate. After the meal we will do a writing meditation / exercise. Please bring a notebook and something to write with. Following the writing meditation, we will take prayer requests. Our focus for February is How I Deserve to be Loved. What makes you feel loved? How do you want to be treated? What’s important to you in a loving relationship? Are you willing to give these things to yourself? Or to others? Can you receive and feel worthy of love when others try to express love to you, whether from friends, family or a significant other? Do you love yourself? Please RSVP if you DO plan to attend as it will help us determine the necessary amount of food and table settings. If you can’t RSVP but you still want to attend please feel free to show up around 3pm on Sunday. If you have friends or family who would like to join us, feel free to bring them with and include them in your RSVP. WHO: Everyone is welcome. However all egos must be checked at the door. There are those of us who live from a place of love and strive to create peace, harmony, and well being in our world. And there are those who live rooted in fea...r spreading hatred and discord in every way possible. The events of our world on an intimate, national, and global level are sometimes so disheartening they can literally make us sick to our stomach. The hatred spewed is a toxic poison to our collective soul. Yet those of us who strive to bring more love, more peace, more harmony and well being to the world must not fall into the trap of fighting hatred with hatred. Or resentment. Or many other fear-based emotions which separate us from our true nature and only strive to serve the discord and chaos. We may react out of our human-ness - our compassion, our desire to create a peaceful, loving harmonious place - with anger and frustration at the wretched actions of others. But we must not stay there nor allow ourselves to become filled with those very emotions which are absolute poison to our soul, lest we become the very thing we wish to heal in our world. It ain't easy. It can feel like "they" are constantly out to destroy the utopian world we dream of, strive for, and know in our hearts is possible. Yet if we are honest, every act of hatred is an invitation to bring more love. Every act which invokes fear is a chance to strengthen our faith and not succumb. Every act of chaos and discord can unite even more people harmoniously with a shared goal of creating peace. We must not become that which upsets us, undermines our very being, makes us forget our Divine Nature. When the events of the world, whether at home or far away, trigger us we must take every action necessary to get centered, to return to love, to create peace within. We are no one's doormat. Neither are we demons. The battles we must win are those within our own hearts and minds. It is from this place of being we shall be called to take inspired action and blanket ourselves and those around us with a global wave of peace, love, harmony and well being. It starts within. Always within. Blessings, dear Angel Brothers and Sisters. May we each be the instrument of Love the Divine can work through. Amen. JMP

STRESS LESS GROUP: TO BE OR NOT TO BE IN 2020? Howdy Folks! It’s coming toward the end of 2019 and the time for me to evaluate where my energy and effort will b...e best utilized in 2020 has arrived. First and foremost, I am extremely grateful for each and every one of you who have attended Stress Less Group with me. THANK YOU! But the past year was very challenging in getting both presenters and participants to simply show up. For this reason I am looking at whether or not to keep Stress Less Group going in 2020. If I can get at least 3 people to commit to attending 10 Stress Less Group meetings of the year I will continue to offer Stress Less Group and make ongoing efforts to get more presenters or to look at the group’s intent with you and see if we need to change the format a bit. My goal is to offer whatever will provide you with the most effective stress relief and coping skills. There’s more than one way to do that so I’m open to doing things differently if we keep the group going. I want you to know that your voice really matters in this group! If I don’t hear back from 3 people (or more) willing to commit to at least 10 of the 12 group sessions offered throughout the year, I will need to cancel the group entirely so I can refocus my energy where it is better served and can make more of a positive difference. Again, I am very grateful for each and every one of you and the time we have spent together. Your contributions to Stress Less Group have made such a huge and positive difference! THANK YOU. I hope to hear back from you soon. Feel free to voice your insights and suggestions as to how to better improve the group if you’re able to commit to attending. With much gratitude and blessings, Jeanette
