So I’m a little late to the party, but I invite everyone to check out Sensei Ando’s Weekly Workout series. Next year marks my 39th year in Fu Chen Kung Fu, and I get a lot out of his videos. I didn’t get into martial arts to be a teacher, but to be a student. This allows me the opportunity to do just that. More importantly, it reminds me of the basics that are SO important; basics that have become so ingrained in me that I almost take them for granted. Thank you, Sensei Ando, for encouraging people to practice martial arts not only for self defense, but also to live a happier life!

Athletes with high mental toughness are more likely to experience flow and clutch states than those less mentally tough. Under Pressure: why athletes choke A . Mark Williams & Tim Wigmore
