During these very challenging times, it's more important than ever to stay grounded, present and connected to those things that truly feed and inspire us. Being sequestered away in our homes during this pandemic can leave one feeling very isolated, alone and disconnected. That's why now it's more important than ever to take care of ourselves, to do things that uplift us and to find our joy. This past Saturday was a beautiful day to do just that! We had an intimate workshop wi...th a couple of crew members from Family Guy and American Dad. The Indigo Herd was of course on hand to lead the way. Thank you to our participants Shannon, Diana and Kim! What a fun and rejuvenating day! It never ceases to amaze me how, given the opportunity, horses open peoples hearts and magic takes place!
