Soy/Almond/Rice/Dairy Milk + sweetener of choice if desired, drop of vanilla and couple tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix. Cover. Leave in fridge overnight. Drink warm or cold. Less chia makes it a thickened liquid, more chia like pudding. Full of fiber and Omega 3's! 1/2 cup is very filling and fairly low in calories depending on the liquid used!
