We are honored to announce that we are the recipients of the Grants For The Arts grant..much needed funding support to move our organization forward during these difficult times. The IC team is still committed to bringing arts and culture to District 10 in San Francisco and supporting its many neighborhood artists. Thank you Mayor London Breed for always being a supporter of the arts. https://www.kqed.org//sf-announces-12-8-million-in-grants-

It would have been beautiful. For the record, we had the opportunity to bring the brilliant Hank Willis Thomas to Bayview and that got voted down by one person, a non artist who no longer lives here and it was heartbreaking. What a lose on both fronts. Lava Thomas Studio https://www.nytimes.com//san-francisco-angelou-monument-ap
