President Trump announces his plan to use executive power to suspend immigration to USA as a way to protect jobs

USCIS office in San Diego has closed its office to the public for this week. All interviews scheduled to take place @ 1325 Front Street, San Diego, CA 92101 have been cancelled. One of my clients who had an interview yesterday (March 16th) was notified by telephone on Friday afternoon after the Presidents declaration of COVID-19 moving our country into a National Alert. USCIS offices are likely closed across the nation as we received a cancellation notice for a USCIS intervie...w out of Chicago. Good morning/afternoon, This is the USCIS Detroit Field Office calling to advise that your I-485 interview appointment (NAME OF CLIENT) for 3/19/2020 has been cancelled. This article shares many of our sentiments over the recent immigration policy which separates young children from their parents. Already traumatized by their grueling journey to reach safer land and having endured a cruel & unforgiving desert. Subjected to extortion, sexual assault, days without food, and fighting over water, our immigrant neighbors who reach US soil now face being separated from their babies; the very ones they risked their life to protect. Separated by none... other than our United States government. Placed in mass camps, lacking the warmth and comfort only a parent can give their child; The hug that says, I’m with you and we are going to be ok Imagine an 8 yr. old sibling trying his/her best to hold back their own tears and trying their best to hide their own fear so that he/she can comfort their 6 year old baby brother or sister.
