Quote for today! I don't know the origin but fits my life. Condensation leads to rust, Rust leads to anger, Anger leads to hate, Hate leads to suffering.

We have a tradition in our shop. The FNG always gets to break loose the head bolts.

just released #LR4 coil conversion 2" lift kits going on. These were pre ordered to be able to jump on the first ones into the US. Really nice kit and the fitment is great. #lr4 #lr3 #rangeroversportsupercharged #rangeroversport #landrover

Got the new stickers on Annabelle today and some sealant for the sunroofs so it doesn't rain inside anymore. Oh and I vacuumed out almost a years worth of camping and road trips from her. @ierovers #landroverdiscovery #landrover

What a challenge I had today. Went to replace the rear ball joint on a classic. First bolts were frozen so I took a different roughy of attacks. Then I tried pressing it out in the car with my hand press. No go. Ended up pulling the whole assembly off to put it in the 20ton press. Hmm 20 tons should move it, nope. 20 damn tons on a ball joint and it was not even budging. Well I didn't waste any time today and went right to the hot wrench and broke out the Oxy Acetylene kit. H...eat that housing cherry hot, mind you it's still in the press with 20tons on it. After 10 minutes of torching it the ball joint started to move slowly, creaking every movement. I still cant believe how stuck that was. I bent the steal plates to the press trying to get that off. Nice having a solution to the problem and I thank God I'm not on the east coast dealing with rusty cars everyday. See more
