PLEASE HELP SAVE OLIVE Thanks to the amazing support of you all, Olive was able to have her MRI but her fight isn’t over. The MRI was done and she doesn’t have cancer, YAY!! . However, the MRI showed active inflammation within the muscle as well as an infection or possible mass in the right inner ear and an ablation surgery is necessary. As for her jaw, the MRI showed mandibular nerve/masticatory muscle atrophy and fibrosis and a Mandibulectomy surgery is necessary. The... orthopedic surgeon is very hopeful he can help Olive and give her the ability to open her mouth and live pain free. With that said, the cost for the surgeries is $9,500 This is a huge amount for us & we were lucky to have found a donor that will match up to $4,500 of the donations received. Welcome to ICARE babies! We rescued these 15 gorgeous puppies today from Arizona where they were being given away. We have amazing volunteers with a house in the area & we have been helping the reserve there with the huge overpopulation. Thank you to all of our amazing fosters & transporters!

Since we aren't able to have our adoption events right now, we were so thankful we were able to get some glamour shots done! We did social distance and wear our masks of course but it was so nice to feel some normalcy! Look at our adorable babies! (leashes are ALWAYS on but our amazing photographer edits them out)

Unfortunately, our sweet Roca lost her battle with Parvo. She fought as long as she could and knew she was loved. Thank you to everyone who donated and prayed for her. Roca, you are in our hearts forever.

URGENT FUNDS NEEDED TO SAVE OLIVE SHE CANNOT OPEN HER MOUTH AND NEEDS AN MRI When we rescued Olive a few months ago, we knew she needed some extra care but we had no idea the extent of it. Olive suffered from chronic ear infections which let to some serious health issues. Olive recently needed to have one of her eyes removed (a result of the prior neglect) which seemed to trigger a downward spiral of events. Olive is no longer able to open her mouth and we need $5,000 t...o get an MRI done so we can figure out what is going on. We have done extensive testing already and this is the last thing we can do. She may have cancer and damage to her brainstem but we need an MRI to figure out what exactly is happening. She has lost so much weight but isn't giving up and still tries to eat despite not being able to open her mouth. She has to be syringe fed and helped around the clock. Please help us help her! Yesterday was National ‘Make a Dogs Day.’ And I am so grateful to show you what someone has done to make Jasper’s day, and every day after that. I’m not sure who donated this generous gift or if it was anonymous, but so much thanks to them. I got this Wednesday & set it up yesterday, right on time for Oct. 22, National Make a Dogs Day. p.s. we used it today for the second time and Jasper loves it so much that he was stepped onto it before I could even pull the handle bars up.

Meet Ellie - one of our newer rescues! We were able to get her out of a terrible environment where she was used as a breeding machine. Her skin condition is extreme and required a trip to the specialist ($$$$). The dermatologist determined that she has an autoimmune skin disease called Pemphigus Foliaceus (PF). It can not be cured but with treatment we can hopefully get it into remission and then keep it managed from there. Once we get over that hurdle she also has two mammar...y tumors that need to be removed when she is spayed. We are reaching out to our supporters to help us on her road to recovery. It will be very pricey, but she is worth every penny! She is so sweet and grateful that she is now in a home where she is loved and cared for. Every dollar counts and no donation is too small. **PUPPY FOSTERS NEEDED** We are at it again we got a call from a rural shelter about 20 puppies needing rescued! We would love to get them all secured into our rescue but we need your help! These are all large breed puppies and the ages are ranging between 12-14 weeks old. Some of the pictures are absolutely terrible but it was the best we could do to start working on a game plan. They don’t need to go together they can be separated and not all puppies in need are pictured he...re. If you are thinking about giving fostering a try we encourage you to step up now! We cover all of their medical needs and will supply you the necessities to care for your foster puppy. We just need to find foster families willing to take them in for a short period of time which could be a few weeks or even a month.
