54 Yom who has severe peripheral arterial disease. EKG showed non specific ST abnormalities. Preoperative evaluation was requested. Given high risk score by most criteria, catheterization was the best diagnostic option. Figure 1 and 2 show intermediate lesion in mid LAD. Rest of the coronary arteries were angiographically normal. FFR was done. Figure 3 shows the FFR wire down the LAD. It recorded a reading of 0.74. By REVEAL criteria, the lesion was treated with 3.5x22 mm DES. Final result in figure 4.

Elderly patient who has been having right lower extremity and foot pain. She was given a diagnosis of neuropathy and/or arthritis. Non invasive imaging showed s...everely diseased infra-popliteal disease (below the knee). Picture one shows occluded Anterior Tibial Artery in the mid vessel, severely diseased and occluded Peroneal artery, occluded Posterior Tibial Artery. Picture 2 shows same vessels without bony artifacts. Picture 3 shows Recanalized Peroneal Artery with 1.2x15 mm balloon followed by 2.0x15 balloon and finally with 2.5x40 mm Angiosculpt.
