It's All About The Dogs- Doggie Daycare & Resort

A big thank you to everyone that came out today to wish us farewell! I definitely felt the love, we had 60 dogs today! We haven’t seen that many since February! It was a hard day, I mostly kept it together but when the last dog went home I lost it! Then after locking up I realized I left my purse and when I went back to get it and unlocked the door I could have sworn I heard barking and then I had a complete melt down! I’m going to miss you all so much! I’ll continue to share photos and video here. So stayed tuned! You know you work at a doggie daycare when you have to sort through hundreds of dog pictures to find a picture of your own dogs! Lol. Love to you all!

I had been handling this all so well until the sign came down.... . It made it real I guess.

Well the first wall has come down. I wasn’t the only one to hear dogs in here, my fiancé just heard them too. He came and asked me if I had something playing with dog barking. I chose to believe it is all my friends that have crossed the rainbow bridge coming to say goodbye.

Farewell mini-golf (we only took our masks off for the picture) with some of my favorite people, my coworkers who have become family. So many memories made, belly laughs and belly scratches. Blessed to have had some wonderful coworkers, and furry and human clients over the years. Nothing but love and gratitude

Update 1/11/21: Our last day will be this Wednesday 1/13/21. I’m declaring Wednesday Customer Appreciation Day and offering free daycare, so your dog can come play and say goodbye to us and thier furry playmates! Hope to see you tomorrow and Wednesday for an end of an era. Thank you doesn’t seem like a big enough word for the gratitude I feel for everyone that stuck by our side and continued to bring their dog to the very end!
