When we last spoke about equality We’d outlined a number of action starters we could take as a company. Here’s what we’ve been working on since then: We revised our consumer recruitment standards to increase representation among multi-cultural and diverse consumers in our research.... We benchmarked against our industry counterparts and are working closely with our recruiting partners to ensure diverse representation standards can be achieved through the panels and databases used.
