This wonderful man! As a guest of our hotel, you might not have the chance to meet Raul, who works behind the scenes. But you will feel him through the joy he brings to the rest of us! He is always always smiling and helping and hustling around. He's steady and quiet but extremely kind. He is also a devoted father and we have enjoyed having the pleasure of seeing his kids grow up at Hyatt events over his 28 years with us. Never leave Raul, we need you!

Shout out to our good friend with the award winning smile, Valentin. Valentin has been with Hyatt for 18 1/2 years, and we have appreciated every minute. He is an amazing chef and loves cooking for his daughters and gardening, especially caring for his collection of a dozen japanese maple trees. Valentin does not love being rushed and not having enough time to get things done.... He was born on Valentine's day so it makes total sense that everyone loves him!

If you've spent any time in our hotel, you've met this lovely lady, Marilyn. If we are a choir, she is our star soprano, and boy does her voice carry. She has been with Hyatt for 30 years, each one a gift to us. She likes plants, taking long walks, spending time with her mom, reading about history, and sitting on her patio enjoying her wind chimes after a long day. She does not like feeling rushed, not getting enough sleep or food, the smell of fish, or people who are mean ...to animals. She epitomizes light heartedness and good nature, but truthfully she is a deep well with a very thoughtful and caring nature. We are thankful for her!
