Luis is down 24.2 lbs in 5 weeks!!! Did I mention they have ice cream, burgers, quest bars on their diet???? The biggest thing I love about Luis’s before and after picture is the smile!!!’ Sometimes you just have to believe in someone to show them their potential! Love this Luis!!!! Then one day you get SICK and you realize that the most IMPORTANT thing in your life is your HEALTH. So just like your bank card maxes out when you borrow too much, some do the same with their health.... They borrow from the bank of their health by taking loans on stress, loans on sleepless nights, loans on eating poorly, loans on being too busy.
