House of Cabelo and team are ecstatic to have you back in our chair and FINALLY reopen our doors on Monday, September 14th. We would like to thank our guests, friends and family who have supported, encouraged and were simply there for us during the last 5 1/2 months. Also, to all of those that waited for us, we are touched and grateful. It sincerely means more than you know. Things may look and feel a little differently in the salon, but one thing remains the same... Our... team is ready to spoil you! Love will be in the hair and the magic will be consistent with what you’re used to. Below is a brief summary of our new guidelines and what to expect when you come in for your appointment. Being on time for your appointment is an absolute must. Tardiness can result in an automatic reschedule. Stylists are required to stagger appointments to reduce congestion and ensure adequate time for proper cleaning and sanitation between each client visit. Your timeliness is appreciated. Your Stylist will text you when they’re ready for your appointment. Masks will be required to enter the salon and throughout the duration of your appointment. Sanitize your hands upon entering. A temperature check will be given. A brief COVId waiver will need to be filled out and signed. All clients will be required to come alone for their appointments. The following exceptions: (1) If the client receiving the service is a minor, they may bring an adult guardian; However, adult guardian must stay outside. 2) if the client receiving the treatment is disabled they may bring an adult care provider; same protocol as above. Sadly, during this time we can not allow Pop-ins. Blow outs will be provided at your Stylists discretion. Unfortunately, there will be no reception area, treats or drinks provided. We can not wait to see you and show you the love we have for you the very best way we know how! And remember, good hair day isn’t by accident, it’s by appointment! It was Brought to my attention we made the news, it’s not that we don’t want to open, we want to open is a clean, sanitized, clean air, air conditioned salon. Alameda county is hurting our industry more than they know. Don’t know what else to say except open our Salons! We are safe!
